Patrice Antony, PT, GCS, CMC, CAPS
Patty is a physical therapist with 29 years of experience. She graduated from Florida International University in 1981 with a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. She is also a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS),a Certified Care Manager (CMC), and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). Patty is the founder and President of Elder Advocates Incorporated. She has extensive background in long term care, teaching, and lecturing.

Jan Payne, Care Manager
Jan has over 30 years experience in working with senior adults.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Sociology, earned her credentials as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), a Certified Financial Gerontologist, and a Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging.  Since moving to Florida Jan has worked for senior communities but is thrilled to be on our team and back to her first love of care management.

Carissa Campbell, Benefit Filing Assistant
Carissa is a certified Emergency Medical Technician with experience as office manager for a busy geriatric physician practice in Orlando, FL. Carissa’s excellent organizational skills as well as her medical background enable her to back us up in both the office and the field. She is our benefit filing assistant.

Melissa Chambers, Marketing
Melissa is our marketing specialist and has a variety of experience working within the medical field.  She is our face in the community and terrific at making new connections and identifying new opportunites to grow our business.  She is an avid blogger and emerging meeting planner.

Sherri Goss, Case Management Coordinator
Sherri has six years experience doing family case management. She is an active interior designer who believes in Universal Design and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). Her varied experiences including business owner and a teacher of business and arts related courses enable her to bring a fresh, enthusiastic and caring approach to case management.

Beau, PT (pet therapist)
Beau is an 11 year old Golden Retriever that is facility certified, and occasionally goes to see patients at various nursing homes.  He is our offical greeter at the office.
